GpCRC / NIDDK

The Gastroparesis Clinical Reserch Center (GpCRC) was established in 2005 by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). The purpose of the Center is to perform clinical, epidemiological and therapeutic research into the disease of gastroparesis. They are responsible for conducting clinical trials to help develop new medical and surgical treatments for this disease.

There are currently six university hospitals that participate as clinical centers coordinated through Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. The following universities partipate as the clinical centers for this program:
